Growing up in a small Maryland town, Patrick loved scouting out new homes with his father, collecting floor plans in three-ring binders for his imaginary real estate company, "The Chesapeake & Patrick." Little did he know that a successful career in real estate was awaiting him in New York.

The owner of his own boutique agency in the FlatIron District of Manhattan for a decade, Patrick joined forces with Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy in 1996. The combination of Patrick’s well-honed skills and Coldwell Banker’s network of referring brokers has resulted in his being recognized as a “Mega-Broker” by Unique Homes Magazine and named as one of “New York’s Broker Elite” by New York Living Magazine.

Providing superior service has always been Patrick’s primary objective.

	Bruce is the Senior Listings Representative for The Patrick Lilly Group. In charge of customer relations, he is uniquely suited to provide superior service to all our clients. Bruce is known for his great attitude, big smile, and an excellent ability to manage and complete a wide range of tasks simultaneously. A native of San Francisco, Bruce is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He has strong ties to the real estate industry based on a combination of his love of the business and his past work experience with his father, a successful Palm Springs developer.A New Yorker since 1998, Bruce has recently joined The Patrick Lilly Group. He is enjoying being a part of an organization that so effectively guides buyers and sellers through the difficult but rewarding New York real estate market.

Stephen holds a BS from Kent State University in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science with further studies in Russian Language and History from Monash University in Melbourne. His previous work prior to joining The Home Team has ranged from software design to New York’s musical theatre.Stephen enjoys motorcycling, rollerblading, and bowling in his spare time.

Bob Cosenza - Buyer's Agent
	Bob is that rare breed, a native New Yorker. He comes to The Patrick Lilly Group from a background in Publishing. His specialty was in the Entertainment Industry where he collaborated on projects with The Film Society of Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, and The American Film Institute. After graduating from New York University, Bob was an actor Off-Broadway and in Regional Theater. Adrian D. Cameron - Administrative Manager
	Although being the newest addition to The Patrick Lilly Group, Adrian possesses an enthusiastic attitude that complements the team's equally eager spirit. As the group's Administrative Manager, his open, friendly manner and attentive, organizational abilities allow Patrick and the rest to operate at peak performance. Adrian originally hails from South Dakota but has called New York home since 2000. He earned a BFA in Acting from Webster University in St. Louis and has worked in a variety of capacities including acting and directing for the theatre, investment administration on Wall Street and bartending in the food and drink service industry. His interests are equally varied, from literature and painting to blues and the opera.
